Eldridge architects were the first practice to work within the Grade I Listed interiors of the British Library, engaging with the library estates team over a number of years on a variety of different projects. We have worked on numerous other Grade Listed properties, including the Grade I Listed landscape of Highgate Cemetery, and a Grade II* house in Greenwich dating from 1720 in the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site.

We are comfortable working with existing buildings, and our analytical approach to the early design stages helps us to understand and appreciate the specific and important qualities of existing fabric.
