Natural light is crucial to the buildings we design. We take care to resolve orientation and functional aspects of our projects as natural light is so important in our climate to maintain healthy and uplifting interiors.
Large areas of glazing typify our work, and we strongly believe in the benefits of these in drawing light deep into the heart of our buildings, providing expansive views and direct connection between interiors and their setting.
Contrasting the permanence of a stone or concrete structure against large expanses of glazing heightens one’s appreciation of each and enriches the experience of a space. Such material and experiential contrasts can be found throughout our projects.
